Bottle Conveying System
The production line configuration of our company has taken the relationship between customer investment and production line use efficiency into full consideration. On the basis of introducing foreign technologies, the requirements for conveying of production lines can be met. The system adopts internationally advanced technologies. Its mechanical structure adopts brand new design. Most of the members are formed through punching or bending. It has such advantages as good rigidity, light weight and good interchangeability. With reliable running and convenient maintenance, it is suitable for conveying cans (bottles) with diameters ranging from φ40 to φ110 mm. The conveying system free of pressure can realize stable change of cans (bottles) on the conveyor belt from multi-range to single-range during the movement without the occurrence of mutual extrusion by relying on acquisition and feedback of real-time speed signals. The electric control system adopts PLC to control the operation of the whole conveying and buffering system of filled cans (bottles) and automatically realize such functions as running speed increasing and decreasing, automatic buffering, etc.
