Introduction
The whole case weighing inspection machine is a kind of inspection instrument developed and produced by our company that has reached the advanced level. The instrument adopts a stable weight sensor combined with an operating system to detect the lack or abnormal increase in weight of the products passing through the equipment. Our company’s equipment fundamentally solves the labor-intensive and time-consuming problem of manual conventional weighing. Therefore, it is widely used in on-line weighing detection of food and beverage.
The detection system is mainly composed of man-machine interface, differential belt, weighing detection unit and rejector, in which the weight sensor is the core component of the equipment; the man-machine interface includes touch screen, tower lamp and operation interface; the rejector is the actuator of the system, which is used to reject the unqualified boxes.
On-line weight inspection in the process of product delivery on the completion of the product detection, and the measured weight and preset weight value is compared, by the control system operation and instruction, the unqualified products will be eliminated.
Implement the detection function
